A short post for now since I've picked up a random signal in our RV park here in the Keys and am afraid it's going to end. BUT...we finally made it! We're 39 miles north of Key West at Big Pine Key. Right on the water. Beautiful!
Paul's back feels better. Knock on wood. The trailer's holding together. Daisy was not eaten by an alligator but damn near. More about that later.
I took at airboat ride through the Everglades. Paul battled a Seminole. We spent last night in a funky fish camp in Chokoloskee.
All in all. What the hell, we made it!
So three days here, three or four days in Orlando and the nightmare will continue, only in reverse. That is, we're headin' home.
