Why watch "The Perfect Storm" when you can
live it? Together with our close friends Brian and Denise, that's what we did during a momentous eleven-day cruise to Antarctica from the tip of Argentina from late December until January 7th.

Daisy stayed in Arizona. Here she is making her way up my legs to my throat. Payback for twenty-one days in the gulag/pet hotel.

Our fifty-year-old scow, abandoned by the Chilean Navy and turned into a "cruise ship". She proved to be a sturdy vessel in 100-foot seas. More blog to come after we recover from our injuries.
